It is not a tooling problem. It is a volume and office-hours problem.
The customer writes in the evening and at weekends, when they decide. The reply arrives on Monday, once they have ordered elsewhere. The channel is open, but nobody is behind it.
The WhatsApp account runs on a sales rep's phone. It cannot be shared or supervised, it leaves with them when they change job, and it saturates after a few dozen parallel conversations.
Tools that work around the official API end up blocked by Meta, usually at the worst moment. The number is lost, the history with it, and the customer relationship too.
The path is the same for a question, an order and an appointment: only the final action changes.
The message arrives through the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, on your verified number — not on a workaround that can be cut off. Text, voice notes, images and PDFs are accepted: a customer sending a photo of the label or a voice note in dialect is handled like any other.
The agent identifies the real intent and the language — Arabic, French or English — and replies in the customer's. Voice notes are transcribed before processing. Cases that must go straight to a human, a complaint or a sensitive subject, are recognised and get no automated reply.
Catalogue, stock, order status, available slots: the agent fetches the information from your systems rather than inventing it. Shopify, YouCan and LightFunnel connectors plug in with one click; anything else goes through an API, or a connector we build.
Create the order, book a slot in the calendar, update a record, write the row into Google Sheets, send the confirmation. This is the point where the channel stops being a switchboard and becomes a point of sale.
When a human takes over, they receive the request restated, what the agent verified and what remains to be decided — not a raw thread to re-read. The conversation continues on the same number, without the customer repeating themselves.
The perimeter is decided with you, subject by subject. Anything outside it goes to a human.
Availability, price, specifications, lead times, return conditions: answered from your live catalogue, not a frozen FAQ.
The customer orders inside the conversation. The order is created, confirmed and traced, synced to your store or to a Google Sheets file.
Offers genuinely free slots, books, confirms, reminds and handles cancellations without human involvement.
Status, carrier, estimated delivery, fetched live from your system at the moment the question is asked.
Bulk sending through Meta-approved message templates — the only compliant route — with segmentation and reply tracking.
Photos, voice notes and PDFs accepted and processed: a photo of a part number or a receipt becomes usable data.
E-commerce connectors take one click. Everything else goes through an API — and where no API exists, the software pole builds one.
| Integration | What the agent does there | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Reads catalogue and stock, creates and tracks the order | One-click connection |
| YouCan | Catalogue, order, tracking | One-click connection |
| LightFunnel | Catalogue, order, tracking | One-click connection |
| Google Sheets | Writes each order into the sheet your teams already use | One-click connection |
| Web widget | The same agent on your site, with the same history | One <script> tag |
| Facebook and Instagram | The same agent across Meta messaging | Account connection |
| Calendar | Offers free slots, books, reminds | Calendar API |
| CRM and ERP | Creates the record, updates it, triggers what follows | API or custom connector |
| WooCommerce | Catalogue, order, tracking | Coming soon |
The agent inherits the rights of the system it connects to: it only sees and writes what the account allows, and every action is logged.
Orders arrive as WhatsApp messages, keyed in by hand the next day, with address errors and stock-outs discovered too late.
Agent wired into catalogue and stock, order taking inside the conversation, written straight into the store and the tracking sheet.
The order is recorded the moment the customer places it, with stock checked. Next-day data entry disappears.
Booking occupies the front desk all day, and free slots stay empty because nobody answers in the evening.
Agent connected to the calendar, offering genuinely free slots, booking, confirming, reminding the day before and handling cancellations.
Appointments get booked outside opening hours, and the front desk handles exceptions instead of the diary.
The same order-tracking questions occupy the team seven days a week, at all hours.
Agent wired into the tracking API, answering live with the real status, and escalating only complaints and sensitive cases.
Tier-1 requests are absorbed, and the team receives the hard cases with the file already prepared.
Measured on the covered perimeter, in real conditions, before any rollout.

在线试用Exclusively. It is a condition, not an option: tools working around the official API end up blocked, and the number and history are lost with them.
The number must be attached to a verified WhatsApp Business account. We support the verification, and a number already used on the mobile app can be migrated.
It handles Arabic, French and English, including mixed within one conversation, and replies in the customer's language. Voice notes are transcribed before processing.
Yes, through message templates pre-approved by Meta — the only compliant route. Approval time has to be planned for, and we prepare the templates with you.
It says so and hands over to a human, with the request restated, what it verified and what remains to be decided. Complaints and sensitive subjects never get an automated reply.
There is no human ceiling: the channel handles simultaneous conversations without a queue, which is precisely what a shared phone cannot do.
Shopify, YouCan and LightFunnel connect in one click, WooCommerce is coming. For any other system the connection goes through an API, and where no API exists the software pole builds one.
The same agent, with the same knowledge base, embeds into the site with a script tag. The user never leaves the page, and the history stays unified.
We do not work around Meta's official API, even when it is cheaper and faster to set up: grey-market tools end up cut off, and you lose the number and the history with them. Outbound campaigns therefore go through pre-approved templates, with the delay that implies. Nor do we let the agent handle complaints and disputes: those conversations go to a human, by explicit rule.
Thirty minutes is enough to work out what the agent can absorb on your catalogue, what must stay human, and what it needs wiring into.
