Why AI training changes nothing
Participants leave happy, and nothing moves the following week.
The content is generic
The examples come from a sector that is not yours. Nobody sees the connection to their Monday work, and the handbook stays shut.
The tool is not available
The training covers tools the company has not deployed, or that IT forbids. The gap between the content and the desk cancels the effect.
Nothing about the limits
You learn what AI does well, never what it gets wrong. Participants come back enthusiastic then disappointed, and the organisation hardens against it for years.
What we cover
Modules combine according to the audience. A leadership team and an operations team do not need the same thing.
Generative AI in the enterprise
What these tools do well, what they get wrong, how to phrase a request, and how to check an answer.
Confidentiality and permitted use
What may be handed to an external tool and what may not, against your organisation's rules.
Working with data
Querying, cross-referencing and checking data without being an analyst, and knowing when an answer is not reliable.
Task automation
Identifying what can be automated in your own work, and what should not be.
Scoping an AI project
For managers: assessing a proposal, asking the right questions, defining a success criterion.
Regulatory framework
What the AI Act and GDPR mean concretely in teams' day-to-day work.
How a training engagement runs
Preparation matters as much as the session. It is done with you, not copied from one client to the next.
Scoping the audience and objectives
Who is trained, what those people must be able to do the following week, and what constraints exist — permitted tools, usable data, actual starting level rather than assumed.
Building on your cases
Exercises are built on your documents and processes, anonymised where necessary. This step decides the real effect of the training, and it is the one catalogues skip.
The session
Online or on site, in small groups, with most of the time spent doing rather than listening. Failures are shown as much as successes.
Supervised practice
A period where participants apply it to their real work, with a channel for questions. That is where training turns into practice, or does not.
Review
What made it into daily use, what is blocking, and what is a missing tool rather than a missing skill — that distinction is often the most useful conclusion.
What remains after the session
- The training materials, built on your cases and reusable in-house
- A library of standard requests adapted to your processes
- Your organisation's usage rules, phrased in operational terms
- A checking grid for verifying an answer before relying on it
- A written review: what made it into daily use, what is blocking, what is missing
Preguntas frecuentes
Both. Online for distributed teams, on site when working collectively on real documents has more effect.
Small groups, because most of the time is spent doing. Beyond a dozen it turns into a lecture.
Not for most modules. Scoping establishes the actual starting level, which is often different from the assumed one.
Yes, anonymised where necessary. That is precisely what separates this from a generic catalogue.
No. We train for professional use. If what you need is a diploma, this is not the right offer.
People who build these systems, not trainers who describe them. That is what allows the hard questions to be answered in the room.
Lo que esta solución no hace
Training does not replace a tool. If your teams have no environment in which to apply what they learn, the training will evaporate within three weeks and we would rather say so beforehand. We also do not issue certifications: we train for professional use, not for a diploma.
Who in your organisation should be trained first?
The answer is not always the most technical team. Thirty minutes is enough to find it.
