Thirty minutes to know where to start.
Not a product demo. A conversation about your organisation, your data and your constraints, which you leave with a written recommendation — even if the conclusion is that you should do nothing for now.
- 1. You describe your situationYour processes, your document volumes, the tools in place, what hurts today. Thirty minutes is enough: we know what to ask.
- 2. We identify the first use caseThe one with the best effort-to-return ratio, not the most impressive. We also say which ones to set aside, and why.
- 3. You receive a written recommendationWithin two working days: what we would do first, the architecture we would use, the budget range and the timeline. Do with it what you like.
Book the diagnostic
Two lines are enough to describe your need. We reply within one working day, with someone who knows the subject — not a qualification form.
What is included
- A 30-minute conversation with an engineer, not a salesperson
- Identification of the use case that pays back fastest in your organisation
- A frank opinion on what is not mature, or not profitable, in your context
- A written recommendation within two working days
- A budget range and a realistic timeline
- No obligation to continue, no automated sales follow-up
What it is not
- A generic product demo delivered across thirty slides
- A full audit of your information system
- A proof of concept on your data — that is the scoping phase, and it is billed
- A firm quotation: the firm budget comes out of scoping, not a first conversation
We would rather say it up front: an honest diagnostic beats a meeting that disappoints.
Before you book
Yes, with no strings. It pays for itself on our side: a badly chosen use case costs everyone far more than half an hour of informal scoping.
Someone who builds these systems, not a salesperson who describes them. It is the only way to get a useful answer in thirty minutes.
No. Knowing roughly how many documents you have, where they live, and which tools your teams actually use is enough. We will ask for the rest.
We will tell you. Sometimes the right recommendation is “clean up your document base first” or “this process does not need AI, it needs a tool”. That is a useful answer too.
An NDA if you want one, on your template or ours. Nothing else.
